Kenny Hughes, founder of Duct Doctors (DD), has been around HVAC his entire life. He started going on jobs with his dad at just 10 years old, learning the trade firsthand and building a strong foundation in the industry.
After years of working in HVAC, Kenny noticed a consistent gap. Customers were always asking about duct cleaning and indoor air quality services, but he had to refer that work out to other companies. Over time, that didn't sit right. He saw the demand and knew he could deliver a better, more reliable solution himself.
Instead of continuing to send that business elsewhere, Kenny made the decision to build Duct Doctors. Alongside his wife, Courtney, he invested in professional-grade equipment, tools, and a fully outfitted box truck to get the business off the ground the right way.
